A Boba Shop for the West End

Top Up opened on Central Ave in the summer of 2018, in the Neptune Plaza shopping center. The West End did not have a boba shop of its own back then, so we built one: nine fruit teas to start, a handful of milk teas, cheese cream drinks, and smoothies. Since then the menu has grown, but the rule has not changed. Our drinks are made from real fruits and high quality tea. Everything is built when you order it, not poured from a jug that has been sitting out.
